I love painting plums! They are such rich crimson and have this gorgeous lavender bloom on the skin! Managed to keep these hidden today so that the children didn't eat them before I had painted them!
Nice painting! The plums look yummy. The children must have enjoyed them. The linen is painted beautifully, too, as well as the background.

ReplyDeleteLiking the look of your new studio! I am green with envy! I have always dreamt of a studio but never had one! I work in the kitchen or on the dining room table! (Bummer when the family wants dinner!) Big paintings are best done in the kitchen and my daily's are in dining room. It has good light.
Things are moving slowly but surely! I am loving painting again! Sold 2 paintings to Australia this week!
Looking forward to seeing what comes out of that lovely studio! No excuse now....... Cat
